Edit: despite Skyline refusing to accommodate our early move out, I added one more star due to the diligence and friendliness of their new resident manager Sarah. Disgusted We lived here for three years. We had to pack everything up for roach treatment THREE times. We try our best to keep things clean, and this is unacceptable. Skyline Living refused to accommodate us trying to move out without 60 days notice, even though I've literally helped them before by identifying multiple leaks on the main floor. terrible management they have no idea what they’re doing at all. i’ve never seen snow removal conduced to poorly. building is VERY dirty too. washing machines are so dirty and poorly maintained that that WILL damage your clothes
Since Tim the old building manager has left I have noticed residents are a lot more happy including myself. There are still issues with visitors taking our assigned parking spot and pet owners not picking up there pets poop. Quite often I see poop smears on the rug coming in where people have stepped in it. Lobby and some floors still smell bad. The new building manager seems very nice and good to talk issues with.
