I lived in Kings Village for 2 years and have zero complaints. When first visiting, I explained to Marzena why I needed to move into an apartment quickly. When an apartment became available in less than a week Marzena called me to let me know. I moved into my apartment less than a week after filling out the application. Best apartment I've lived in! Only had to call maintenance once in the 2.5 years I lived there and they quickly fixed my issue within the hour. They are constantly improving the place (replacing sidewalks, redoing the front steps, adding a dog park) well before the improvements are needed. Everyone who works there - particularly Marzena and Jimmy - is super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Kings Village to anyone looking for anyone looking to rent in the Mount Olive area.

Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had. Neighbors are obnoxiously loud, they smoke inside, there are animals running wild in the attic. And nothing is done efficiently to fix the issues. The super Jimmy Dean is wonderful and goes above and beyond to do what he can. Unfortunately, the landlord won’t resolve issues and doesn’t make it easy. Avoid at all costs!

Kings Village staff and management is truly the best. Marzena and Jimmy both are extremely helpful and understanding. The management is very easy to interact with and everyone quickly responds to any issues brought up. Very thankful for all the help from the management and staff.
