Kings Village staff and management is truly the best. Marzena and Jimmy both are extremely helpful and understanding. The management is very easy to interact with and everyone quickly responds to any issues brought up. Very thankful for all the help from the management and staff.

I lived here for nearly 10 years, and it truly felt like home. The community always felt safe, and I had wonderful neighbors. The Marzena in the leasing office was professional and responsive, and the maintenance team was outstanding. Jimmy Dean was especially incredible — he knew residents by name and handled issues quickly and thoroughly. After a decade, I can honestly say I had nothing but a positive experience. I highly recommend this community.
I had been living here for two year. I am going on to another year of leasing. From moving out of my parent’s house into this apartment it feels no different. My neighbors are great, maintenance is great and any question I may have had been answer quickly and respectfully from the leasing office Marzena. The size of the apartment is fantastic. All the shared spaces are always clean and maintained.
They are so evil here the lady in the office is so disrespectful they're evicting me from my apartment They wouldn't let me have any roommate I live in 313 Kings village building z nobody rent this apartment The guy above me has bed bugs and they're not doing anything about it They need to pay more attention to their workers and what they're doing wrong so again nobody rent this apartment
