Crappy Builder if I must say! Sloppy ass job. They should be called South Crap Builder. We are literally fixing the water damage from the shower . We are replacing the base board and shoe moulding bc of the water seeping through from the shower. Part of our shower is cracked and chipped. Not to say we have done so many other touch ups. Their Sheetrock mudding job is crappy too. We don’t trust this builder to even fix anything correctly. We’ve only been in the house since August and it has been a nightmare.
