This is a fantastic apartment complex. My wife, son, and I enjoy the spaceous outdoor amenities as well as the quiet indoors. The neighborhood is extremely safe and friendly. And this was one of only a few apartments that accepted our cat easily. I have been here for about five years and we are happy to keep staying longer. Many thanks to Betty and the help desk for always being quick to respond and fix any issues quickly. Truly a great place.

I have lived here for approximately 5 years and the maintenance staff and Betty (Office Manager) have been prompt, kind, and go out of there to make sure if there is any issues, they fix it quickly and correctly. Highly recommend to anyone looking for value when renting in Mason, OH.
