I have lived here for approximately 5 years and the maintenance staff and Betty (Office Manager) have been prompt, kind, and go out of there to make sure if there is any issues, they fix it quickly and correctly. Highly recommend to anyone looking for value when renting in Mason, OH.
Recent move in. Overall the process is smooth as I appreciate the fast responses I got for questions I had prior to applying for this apartment. The room is spacious and clean ready for move in. Betty was on top of it with preparing all information I needed when entering my apartment and was flexible and accommodating when visiting the unit.
