The person named Rick Slaughter is wrong in his review of Kingsview apts in Mason and is discussing some other complex. Kingsview apts does not cut their own grass. We have been using Terry s landscaping in Mason for 7 years and they do a fantastic job. Furthermore, we DO NOT, and have NEVER had an employee or subcontractor named Gabe or Brenda working at this complex. We have no drug issues. Let me star from the top. The maintenance man Gabe is a worthless individual. He doesn t even come close to doing maintenance . He can t keep the lawn mowed with a zero turn John Deere! The only one that he does fix things for are for the manager Brenda in order to keep the office beautiful. Now that I mentioned Brenda that is the second issue. This woman is a racist, lying, conniving, and very unprofessional person. We complained about the downstairs neighbor whom slammed doors, blared the TV and stereo, and most of all fou... read more
