The door between rooms had an inch wide gap from the floor. I could hear every word of my neighbor’s TV and everything else going on in their room.
My opinion matters not. No body is perfect but I can say anything good about this place. Expect to pay for more than what you get. The stars I gave were generous.

I'd definitely recommend staying here if you're enjoying some of the area's outdoor activities! The hotel is clean, well-located, and the owner Roberto (as well as all the staff) was wonderful. We'd happily stay here again!
This is a great place to stay if you are hitting Crystal Mountain! It's only 45 minutes away, in a region where you don't have that many accommodation options. The owner Robert was great. He went out of his way to help us with an issue even though he didn't need to. They have a great swimming pool, so hopefully I can go back not during winter to try it out! :)
