This place is genuinely HORRIBLE , wouldn’t at all recommend living here, The last office ladies that worked here, Were so genuinely amazing and made it easy to move(Kellie&crystal), and they Stayed on top of everything in that office! Very hard-working ladies . These current management or office ladies, Whoever owns it at this point. Never gets back to you. They basically lie to you and scam you. Jerica Ward this young lady stepped in and took care of me ASAP it was alot of confusion going on at King Tree she reached out back instantly with emails and made sure I got in my apartment ASAP made sure I got everything I needed and the apartment was up to my standards she is a people person with a great personality she is top notch I give her her flowers thank you again Ms Jerica Ward
