I was impressed by Luis's and his team work and expertise. They handled my car situation with professionalism and achieved an outstanding result. I truly appreciate them as they took care of everything themselves. They were always available to answer my questions and concerns. They put me at ease throughout the whole process.
I bought a 2011 Nissan maxima from the auction . Kingz Transmission picked up my car diagnosed Allowing me to purchase my own parts and fix my car in a timely manner I had no issues and honestly the car was fix before due date . 100% will be Sending my next purchase from auction here to be repaired.
Highly recommended!!! Took my car for a transmission replacement and the process was easy and clear. Luis and Josh were amazing. Good customer service as well. Also, out of all shops I visited and called, they had the cheapest cost 💲 and free of hidden fees and bullshits like other shops do.
Didn't listen to no, very pushy, just wanted my transmission rebuilt kept trying to upsell me the entire time, charged 100 to diagnose out transmission and only open the oil pan he wanted to charge an extra 750 to look at the transmission before they could quote us on the price to fix the transmission. We said no went to grab it and it was leaking transmission fluid, he will overcharge you and is very dishonest will absolutely lie to your face
I took my RAM to Kings transmission to get a 150 point inspection. So that I could be aware of what I needed to fix or replace to pass a DOT inspection. They allegedly did the inspection. I say allegedly because they never mentioned in the report that the rear main seal was leaking or that the airbag sensor needed to be replaced; or that my driver side tie rods needed to be replaced.
