honestly thought it would be better but when i got my car back it seemed like they tore it apart worse. cyl 2 has a misfire well its missing a bolt. ive never touched it i dont know where it would be. i paid 4500 and it was apparently only for a patch. i was told it would be for their cheapest re build but i guess there must of been miscommunication, and when i was paying for the services they were very pushy for me to pay. i oaid it all within 2 weeks and was told i would get it by the weekend that same week, its now 2026 j... read more
Best shop in houston. My mother has been taking her cars here for years and they always treat her right. And most recently took car of me and a few friends as well. Same 5 star treatment. Definitely recommend and will come again!
King's Transmission does outstanding work. They're honest and help to keep costs down & reasonable. Luis, the owner, is great at what he does, he's been helping my Mom keep her car(s) running & in great working order for years. She's followed him wherever he's worked, right up to & including when he started his own shop with King's Transmission. She refuses to take her car to anyone else.
I had a great experience at Kings Transmission Specialists. Lauren was amazing to work with—she showed a real sense of urgency when it came to getting my car diagnosed and repaired. She was very transparent about the issues affecting my transmission, explaining everything clearly and honestly so I knew exactly what was going on. I met Luis about 12 years ago when I had my Ford fusion. I walked in his shop very frustrated with my car that another shop messed up. He was very professional and seemed to care about his customers. He fixed the problem and didn’t change me an arm and leg. Now I went to him because I was having trouble with my Nissan Rogue come to find out it was the transmission.
