I recently helped my daughter in law purchase a 2026 4 Runner from Kings Toyota. The "new car" showroom asked that a salesman from the Used lot help us as he was too busy. The salesman was nice that helped us close. When we got to the signing, the Finance employee rolled his eyes and huffed and puffed when I turned down the optional extras. Just ordered a 2026 Rav4 Limited and trading in my 2024 Rav4 XSE Hybrid. Love my Rav4 but my wife bought a Rav4 Limited from another dealer and I really like the advanced technology I don't have on the SXE. I highly recommend Chris as the Sales Representative. Very knowledgeable and helpful to navigate through the process. I shopped three different Toyota dealers. Chris and Kings was just the better fit for me. NEVER ORDER ANYTHING from any Toyota dealership online I Ordered a blower motor resistor for my Toyota they said the heater blower motor would work and one of the parts sales man said it’s what I need but when I got it was not what I needed so I sent it back and instead of getting a full refund which should have been 75.75$ they only have me 40.51$ I will never order anything again!
