Smooth process in buying a new 4runner. Chris Vanderveer was an excellent and knowledgeable sales person. It was a no pressure sale and they truly listened to what we were looking for and worked out a great deal with us, both on the new vehicle and for my trade in. The finance process was seamless and quick. If you are heading to Kings Toyota, I would highly recommend seeking out Chris when you get there.

I don’t have enough kind words for how pleased I was with everyone I encountered at Kings Toyota. My wife and I went in deciding between a Sequoia and a Sienna. We initially met Tom, he was extremely helpful and even had some jokes in store for us. After meeting Tom we were handed to Nick and he was just as awesome. Nick was A+ from start to finish. I left the dealership yesterday after getting oil change and tire rotation, got half way through my 90 minute drive on back roads. And started feeling wobbling in my steering wheel. Pulled off and three of the lug nuts on the driver side front were not even thumb tight. Last year, I left after oil change and tire rotation and noticed the next day I was missing a lug nut. Twice in one year…you have a serious problem. You’re going to get someone killed with your negligence.
We had a great experience working with Kris. Great knowledge of all cars. He was a pleasure to work with and made the whole process run smoothly.
