They failed to inform me that if I put a deposit down and I don't decide to but a car from them, I don't get my deposit back. I would have never put down that much money ($1000) if I had of known this from the start. I decided to wait on my purchase and they refused to give me a refund even though I never took possession of the car. This is very dishonest and I will NEVER purchase a car from them or recommend them. It's a lost for me and they simply don't care..
I have purchased 3 cars from Kings Toyota. My most recent a 2008 Avalon purchased in August 2014. I took my car to Beechmont Toyota for my first maintenance service (oil change) I had a great experience. They were very thorough and explained everything to me. I was very satisfied with the service I received. My second maintenance service I took my car back to Kings Toyota where I purchased my Toyota. I had a horrible experience.
