Father in Law passed September 10th 2025. I called several times to have Kungs Toyota come pickup the leased vehicle which I do not live in the area. Every time I am rebuffed. Once was you bring it I, we do not do that. Second time person wanted my phone number (Joe) to see if I was in the system. I kept saying it have no connection to the vehicle.
Kings Toyota was the best car buying experience we had in over 20 years! Jeff and his team are top notch and professional. Ryan made it easy to do business over the phone and had most of the deal put together since we are 5 hours away. Ron in the finance department went over a few options of warranty that suited our needs. He was friendly and professional and never pushed anything on us, he simply answered our questions and made some great suggestions. Very poor experience with them. I placed a down payment to purchase a car from them that was in transit. Then the next day they called me back and said the sale was pending with another customer. It was my understanding that the sale was supposed to be pending with me, hence why I put a down payment on the car. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the sales rep via text.
