Called and got an EXACT quote on phone. Called back no more than 20 minutes later and agreed to the charge. When vehicle was dropped off the bill was 10$ higher than quoted. Don't lie to make money, just tell the truth and I wouldn't have had any problems.
THIS COMPANY WAS A LIFESAVER!!! The man that picked up my car was very nice and helped me out a potential dangerous situation. I will never him!! Thank you again!!
What a nightmare company. They are so unprofessional and RUDE!
AAA called in a tow for us. Kings said 2 hours or less and they would be out. After an hour and a half we call Kings to get an update and they ask if we are the call that came in for our specific classic car. We say yes. They then say oh we are not doing tows for AAA tonight so we waited an hour and a half for a tow truck that wasn't coming. They did the same thing last year. Worst company ever.
