I have been here more then 5 years and I loved living here, nice community but I have to leave because we need bigger apartment. If they had 4 bedrooms I wouldn’t have left. Over all great experience and I liked living here.
I just moved in here and my experiance been great, no complaints. It's great and afforable.
I love this place, this was our first apt in USA when we left our country. No matter where you go later on in life no matter how much success you gain but where you take the first step matters. It's been a long time however kings Square has been a great part of our life which it will be forever. We still have a lot of family and friends live here and once in a while when we come here to visit them I have seen so much improvement over the years. Good place to live, afforable to live. Good location and price range. The location is in the middle when it come to connecting with highways. Closer to Dc. All utilities is a great pacage.
Since i have been here I always felt taken care of , specially the customer service, maintenance issues being solved in timely manner. No pest issues. Apartments are big and clean. The environment is beautiful. It feels like a peaceful village which have everything around, when it comes to transportation, shopping center and all utilities being included is the cherry on top.
