You can find are much better community at the price range of $720.00 lot rent. Plus another 150 to 200 for water and trash. Lot of vehicles drive to fast but they still won't put any speed bumps. Community pool is way to small. Not enough visitors parking.
Llevo dos años apenas y según todo estaba bien hasta que me contestaron de una forma muy grosera , en la oficina diciendo que ellos son dueños del lote y pueden hacer lo que quieran con los medidores de agua y cobrarme $275 de agua solo en un mes y el medidor es nuevo 2 años de instalado y sin previo aviso y hoy tengo que pagar estuve llamando a los más altos mando y no pueden ayudarme , quiero pruebas contundentes que es ese mi consumo real.
