Very disappointing - We had commercial work done - Andrew does NOT honor his warranty! I gave him multiple chances to make it right - He completely ignored my calls/text AFTER PROMISING me he would honor his warranty - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - NOT WORTH THE AGGRAVATION - I am sorry that I gave a positive review about the work that was done initially - He does not honor his warranty work!

Heaven forbid they get a hold of your fax number! They send constant spam faxes. If you call and ask to be removed they hang up. I would never trust this company.

I'm very dissatisfied with this company. I called, texted, tried everything to get this guy back out to fix my roof. Mind you there's a 2 year warranty on this roof. I would not recommend this company. He took my $900 dollars, that took me months to get. Being on disability, it's not easy. After repeated messages, he never showed up to fix the leak. So I feel so used.

I hired Kings Roofing to repair and coat a 10,000 sq. ft. flat roof in August of 2019. I specified using KARNAK 97 Fibered Aluminum Roof Coating (they gave me the specification for the material). The day they started the coating process I got up on the roof to check progress, they were using KARNAK 25 a must less expensive product. Once I realized they were not using the product that they were supposed to be using I told them to STOP. I told them I wanted the product that we had agreed to use..
