Very poor at communication- ordered blinds and paid deposit only to not hear from them again and couldn't get a call returned. They had told us would be done in 2 weeks so after a month my wife went to the business. Found out they never charged the deposit but did not make the blinds either- owner was supposed to have called but never did.
Used this place for a supplier for our blinds needs for a fair bit, but their policies changed and we had to provide a deposit. Our last order to date is still unfilled and it has been 3+ months, phone calls are seldom returned and they offer no explanation or updates on the status of orders.
I've known this family for years now and they have always been hard working and honest! I've seen Ken measure the windows, cut the blinds and shutters, and hang them Start to finish, they truly care for their craft.
