I love my apartment absolutely love it I have family that lives out here in the community as well so I’m always visiting him sitting outside sharing a few drinks cooking dinner etc etc our property manager Mrs Clark lives out here very nice respectful woman who doesn’t play at all she doesn’t mind working with you when it comes to your rental payments or any other issues you have you just have to communicate with her and the office staff the Maintenance people out here is fun Mr Fieldpot is a sweetie pie you have to have pa... read more

You get one star I still unfortunately live here.My home is infested with mice. I have spoken to the office. Mrs Lynda told me they must like me because we catch 3- 5 a day. My bathroom ceiling is falling down with mold. Jose came and said he would fix it on Monday he came on friday (he said he nèed a break from here ) i have been waiting almost 2 yrs for someone to fix it.
The worst apartments in jacksonville fl...run like hell rats invested..i pray they close theses apartments down...2020
