This Property Management is the worst. DO NOT use them. Rhonda lies, cheats, and takes advantage of college students. She is unorganized and will keep and take your money. Terrible experience.
I had my condo rented with Rebecca Leighton at Kings Realty. She handled everything very professionally with high quality photos (incl areal) and got the condo rented fast with a quality tenant. Can highly recommend Rebecca to take care of your business! ð
The realtor was amazing! She reached out immediately after I showed interest in the home. I met her and she stayed late to accommodate my needs to sign the lease since I work far away. She met me to move in and have been on the ball with scheduling my work orders in order to get the home in the best possible condition for my kids and I.
Kings realty has been great to us. Rebecca worked with us in our time of need and made it possible to for us to move in advance and provided us with a property we love. Thank you Rebecca and kings realty for this great experience and look forward to continue working with y'all.
