RecommendedI’ve been working with Greg a few years. He first way the property manager for a house I rented and was always responsive even on vacation. He has also helped me find a great condo in the heart of south tampa that I love. I am moving in a couple months and he will without a doubt be the realtor I choose to list my condo.
This Property Management is the worst. DO NOT use them. Rhonda lies, cheats, and takes advantage of college students. She is unorganized and will keep and take your money. Terrible experience.
I have worked with Rebecca Leighton since September 2013 with different companies. Unfortunately there was a time when I had to go with another manager as her area changed. Sometimes it takes experiences like this to appreciate things. Rebecca was probably thought of more during this time as problem after problem arose. I had my condo rented with Rebecca Leighton at Kings Realty. She handled everything very professionally with high quality photos (incl areal) and got the condo rented fast with a quality tenant. Can highly recommend Rebecca to take care of your business! ð
Horrible management and Micheal is the worst property manager to have he does not care about his tenants.
We bought our house from Donna Pope and she made the experience exceptional!! We highly recommend her!
