Unbelievably exceptional customer service! I am so impressed by this company! Tim, the sales associate, went out of his way to help me find what I needed. I’m in Las Vegas and everything was done over the phone and through texting. Their products are superb quality and prices are very reasonable. You won’t be disappointed!!

A++ Customer Service! Before purchasing, a King's Rattan associate was super helpful in letting me know which fabrics were currently available and also in confirming the line of chair/couch I wanted was also available (1-2 weeks out they said). Being able to visit the showroom to make sure I liked the feel of the cushions was great! Can't say enough good things about King's Rattan. Tim responded promptly to a number of inquiries about the product, and when the fabric i originally ordered was out of stock, helped me choose a good alternative. That done, my Sumbrella Steamer Chair cushion was made, shipped and delivered in just a few days. The cover is great, and best of all they are made to order right here in California. And the price was competitive with, possibly lower than Wayfair, Amazon, etc. I highly recommend them.
