I was looking to replace my rattan dining chairs. I wanted caster chairs and saw them online. I emailed King Rattan and Tim answered my questions right away. He mailed me samples of chair cushion fabrics twice. I am in New York and was a little apprehensive ordering online from a place in California. WE DIDN"T GET WHAT WE ORDERED. We ordered a wood top table and got a RATTAN top. So, I think they have poor customer service who don't know how to listen and respond in an appropriate manner. We ordered a bistro set for our patio. It allowed up to pick fabric at the time and said it came with a glass top which I assumed covered the wood. An email came stating that their listing was incorrect in stating a glass top came with it and that was not going to be provided. Unbelievably exceptional customer service! I am so impressed by this company! Tim, the sales associate, went out of his way to help me find what I needed. I’m in Las Vegas and everything was done over the phone and through texting. Their products are superb quality and prices are very reasonable. You won’t be disappointed!!
Show room was limited but the sales rep was helpful and share color and style options with no pressure. They even delivered! I highlyrecommend King's. We continue to enjoy our purchase. Thank you King's!
