RecommendedThe staff are incredibly friendly and the apartments are BEAUTIFUL! The Jack Britt schools are a definite draw, but the neighborhood is quiet, neat, and feels safe. I couldn't recommend more.
While the staff is polite and the facilities appear nice the living conditions are far from “luxury living.” They are subpar at best. They are poorly constructed, evident by the fact there was SEVERE damage to the property during Hurricane Matthew. Buildings were condemned due to damage but have now been “fixed.” Please feel free to go see my public post with a video of what it’s like every night while my children and I try to sleep. Tasha Johnson the new Property manager is awesome! She is always attentive and very friendly. She really cares about her tenants.
Tasha is a wonderful manager. Lots of positive changes taking place.
Tasha is a great manager and is committed to making this a great living experience. She cares and is kind and professional and stays on top of whatever requests and work orders that are put in. She’s cleaned up the pool and so it’s no longer being abused by people who don’t live here. She communicates and sends emails letting us know what is going on and even asks for feedback. I enjoy living here again!
I would recommend this place because it’s under new management. Tasha is awesome. She was great at Lakehurst where I use to live. Wherever she is you are in great hands.
