This place is a hot mess. There's only 1 maintenance man, so you'll be waiting months before you get anything fixed. It's ALWAYS hot in the smaller bedroom in the townhouses. For whatever reason, EVERY MONTH, management DOES NOT pay the trashman. So there's a pile up at the dumpster outside my door. Trash and beds everywhere. That's how you get RATS! This is not acceptable.
