We feel so fortunate that Allen King was referred to us. Right from the start we felt comfortable with his friendly manner and how well he communicated how he was going to fix our drain problems. He was thorough with the plumbing issue as well as doing repairs to the cabinet, concrete, heating duct that had been damaged previously by others and cleanup. He mailed pictures showing the finished job inside and out. He's the total package!
We had a really disappointing experience with this plumbing company. They came out to do a leak test and told us we failed, but they missed an entire output. They still charged us $375. My fiancé had them come back to redo the test, and when they did, the tech said he was “just doing the test.” Without telling us, he ended up bringing out cameras and running additional work. My wife has worked with Kings's plumbing in the past. We called and explained the issue. Kings Plumbing said that they would come out and have a look but that if I checked a few things first that they wouldn't need to. They are a fair and honest bunch. I thought I had a leak at the meter and they instructed me to monitor the flow and I did. I feel gratitude because they didn't charge me and I wanted to pay for this information.
Absolutely amazing! Allen was honest and thoroughly explained EVERYTHING! He did exactly what he said he was going to do and didn't charge more than he said he would! He did great work, and you couldn't even tell he was there after the work was complete.
Allen did an inspection on one of my listed properties. I called to gain some insight as to where they entered for the inspection. His wife was the rudest person I have ever spoke to in my years. A simple question turned into her swearing at me and having to freeze her “a$$” Off to go find him to ask him a question. She then in the background said she “ Is so sick of agents” while huffing & puffing… Even so…I text him thanking him for the time and told him she was incredibly rude and I got a thumbs up back.
