Absolutely amazing! Allen was honest and thoroughly explained EVERYTHING! He did exactly what he said he was going to do and didn't charge more than he said he would! He did great work, and you couldn't even tell he was there after the work was complete.
Allen did an inspection on one of my listed properties. I called to gain some insight as to where they entered for the inspection. His wife was the rudest person I have ever spoke to in my years. A simple question turned into her swearing at me and having to freeze her “a$$” Off to go find him to ask him a question. She then in the background said she “ Is so sick of agents” while huffing & puffing… Even so…I text him thanking him for the time and told him she was incredibly rude and I got a thumbs up back. I highly recommend this plumbing company. I needed some work done asap. Called them at 6:00pm on thursday and they cane and fixed my problem at 8:30 next morning. They do great work at a fair price. I had some other work done 1.5 months ago and it was the same experience.They are very helpful. Definitely my plumbing company of choice! So thankful I have found them!
Charged me 375$ to remove a toilet and reseal and change a wax ring. Did not solve the problem and charged me too much. 🙁
Be very cautious of shady contractor and schemes from this “plumbing company. “ We hired them after getting piers installed because they were recommended. Long story short after $3500 worth of testing and small repair overall job cost, including repairs to floor, drywall, and landscaping, total came out to close to $5000 worth of work.
