The pizza is pre frozen and not done. Taste like it’s been in the freezer aisle for weeks. Forgot my drink on DoorDash and gave me a totally different drink than I ordered. Cheese wasn’t melted
First, what a communications mess. We ordered delivery straight from their website, and I received a confirmation email AND text that they were making my order and it would be delivered by X-time. That time passes, and now it's an hour and a half later. So, I call to double check as my tracker, on their website, hasn't moved or updated.
