I will not be returning to this location. Two times now I’ve shown up for an appointment only to be told that the doctor who can accept my insurance wasn’t there. Why did no one call me to reschedule? They knew which insurance I have, because I entered it into the online system. I got off work early, packed my 3 kids into the car for their eye appointments, and then had to go straight home. Now I’m back at square one.
Dr. Krol and her staff are great! Which is why I keep coming back.
Great doctor! Friendly staff.
