I was out of kings peak normal service radius but needed someone to come out asap! They drove all the way to bear lake! While they were here they drained both of my hot water heaters and tuned up and cleaned my AC unit! Jason was amazing, and we will definitely be using them again!
We had an amazing experience with Kings Peak Plumbing & Drains! They were incredibly responsive, accommodating, and went above and beyond from start to finish. Our home is a bit older, but they quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and had it fixed in no time. Kings Peak, plumbing and drains are wonderful. Call them at 8:30. They were here shortly after nine had to water heater removed and replaced within two hours. Excellent excellent service. These guys are awesome.
Fast friendly and fair great service
Not sure why my water softener was plumbed only to soften hot water, or why it was not disclosed to me. Is this a common business practice for your company? Thanks to trouble shooting with the water softener company and 2 other plumbers they were able to see what the issue was and said you guys "pulled one over on" me. Thanks for that... Do not recommend.
