Headline: BIG NOTHING BURGER. Burger was smoothered in onions, GF bun fell apart in my hands, sweet tater tots were not crispy but soft and soggy, the banana pudding was bad pudding with some box-cereal sprinkled in with it and no sign of a banana. Plus, supposedly if you incld 'this code' you'll get 10% off the meal. Not only did I not get the 10% off but there's a $2.50 delivery fee. (Keep that in mind when adding your tip.) Well, I tried it. I gave them a chance. Won't go there again.
When they recently opened on 9th Ave ( Hell's Kitchen ) The food was amazing !!!!!!!!!! But sadly now days the food doesn't look or taste any thing like the good old days � The cook in the kitchen constantly changing I think that's the main reason!!! Not to mention pick up orders are horrible they rush to make the food not adding every ingredient that's mention on the menu, clear example it's the soaked coke onions or the creamy slow.....

RecommendedI had the vegan burger and my daughter had the monarchy hot dog. She absolutely loved it. My burger was good. Only reason I don't say amazing is because I'm not crazy about black beans, so it's just because of my personal tastes. But would definitely go back. Oh and I was a little surprised that there is no bathroom or trash cans. Luckily I always carry hand sanitizer with me but I'm glad we didn't need to use the bathroom. The young lady that was working was very nice.
Just happened to pass by and stopped in for the best hamburger in New York City. Unbelievable hamburger. I wish I could eat eight in a row period I had to settle for a waffle hot dog which blew my mind period definitely I must stop for lunch or dinner if you're hungry and looking for the best burger in NYC
The best burger I've had in years!!! Seriously!! Hot dogs are excellent also. 10 star
My family and I went here on a trip to NYC and it was FANTASTIC! Each of us had something different and we all thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We are sad we don't live here so we can't go here again!
