Items were not packed correctly, items were held in storage unit for 2 1/2 weeks prior to shipping when they were notified to ship immediately. Weapons were in safe, safe was not even opened and weapons banged around inside while moving. Would never recommend anyone go through the issues we have been through. Wait for a company with a good reputation no matter how long the wait.

Just AWFUL!! They were subcontracted to deliver a vanity from Home Depot and refused to deliver it. It arrived in their possession in mid June and we still have not received it as of mid July. We've called multiple times and no one EVER returns our calls. When we do get through to someone, they make excuses or can't find it or at one point said they wouldn't deliver it since it was outside their area (then why did they accept the item?) I will start with the positive points on this company. The driver was kind and professional, and showed up at the loading and unloading locations when he said he would. The unloading team out of Grand Junction showed up on time and were kind, professional, careful in the unloading process, and assisted with assembling our table and beds.
