The manager there is amazing. We have looked at at least 30 different apartments in Gresham trying to choose the best one for my sister and her two little girls. This is the only place that treated us like real people with real feelings. Never experienced such kindness from and apartment manager. Even if we don't get in there I would recommend them to everyone.
Positive - Pleasant onsite management and maintenance. Very close to Mt Hood Community College. Very close to Reynolds High School, and near middle and elementary schools as well. Also very close to shopping, entertainment and freeway access. Nice community. Negative - Spiders, but on the plus side the spiders keep out other pests. No pool or gym, but on the plus side it's right next door to a public high school where you can use the track and field when school isn't in session.
