I just moved into Kings Landing this month and have had nothing but the best experience thus far. Janessia and the rest of the staff were top notch in their professionalism and their hospitality during my onboarding process. So far, everything has been very clean and quiet with a beautiful pool, grilling area, fenced in dog area, and walking trails around the complex. DO NOT RENT AT THIS PLACE.. Not luxury at all. As soon you sign the leasing contract the management starts to mistreat you. I was promise on of the Apto with pool view. What a surprise when I opened the door and no view at all. The lie to you from the begin makes you believe that you be in the best place to live. Elevator not working, all corridor wall and lights has real web spiders and real spiders, like we always in Halloween. The gates was broken when I moved and everyone can have access to the building. I’ve been living here for almost 2 years now and I love living here. The management team here is top-tier great customer service and when I have maintenance request if it’s not done that day, it is done the following day. It is a quiet environment and very peaceful. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
