Been living at King’s Landing for 3 years and I’ve got to give a huge shoutout to the new maintenance guy, Ted.He’s been here since last Monday and I’ve seen him driving around in his red truck every single day since. He’s always working — cleaning up the property, picking up trash, and the pool has honestly never looked better. I walk my dog every morning and go to the pool often, and it’s spotless now. We have been living here for a little while now and have no complaints! It’s great. Aliyah is super helpful and always answers emails and calls and always follows through. She is awesome!! Maintenance always handles requests in a timely manner. The pool is great. The complex is quiet and feels safe. The office overall is helpful. 10/10
I was there for year and a half. Aliyah helped me find my 1bd. Highly recommend you speak with her if you’re also looking for your own place.
