I currently live at the Bicycle Club Apartments in northern Kansas City Missouri, and with no exaggeration this has been the most exhausting nightmarish place I have ever lived. I’m writing reviews to warn good people about this location and how they treat there residents. Level-headed Review of King's Landing at One Year Read more – I have lived here about one year and have good and bad things to say. Please take all reviews on websites with a grain of salt because the fact is some people are completely unreasonable and have unrealistic expectations of a living establishment before ever moving in. Kings Landing Management – I moved a few months back from out of state unfamiliar with St. Louis and anxious to learn. I choose Kings Landing because of the property, the location and staff. They were very professional in assisting me with my apartment and providing me with information on the surrounding area. I can not imagine anyone referring to the staff as hillbilly's unless they had a personal issue. I would highly recommend this community to anyone moving from out of state or that needs a well managed luxury apartment ... read more

Luxury Apartment?/Hillbilly Management! – Very nice apartments. I have lived here for a year. Now in the process of moving. Management is extremely nice to get you to move in. Once moved, management is horrendous. They offer concessions to get you moved in, at a rate cheaper than their usual market rate. I was promised that when it was time for my lease to be renewed, my rate would not increase to market rate. I was lied to.
