Kings Landing Management – I moved a few months back from out of state unfamiliar with St. Louis and anxious to learn. I choose Kings Landing because of the property, the location and staff. They were very professional in assisting me with my apartment and providing me with information on the surrounding area. I can not imagine anyone referring to the staff as hillbilly's unless they had a personal issue. Luxury Apartment?/Hillbilly Management! – Very nice apartments. I have lived here for a year. Now in the process of moving. Management is extremely nice to get you to move in. Once moved, management is horrendous. They offer concessions to get you moved in, at a rate cheaper than their usual market rate. I was promised that when it was time for my lease to be renewed, my rate would not increase to market rate. I was lied to.
