First of all let me say that the lady was very friendly at this location. But I would never rent a Penske truck here or anywhere again. I rented a truck from here and drive from Virginia to Washington State. As we were unloading the crew showed us that the top corner was damaged before and they tried to fill the cracks with caulking. During a rain storm rain came in and ruined thousands of dollars of sports and pokemon cards. I reported and went through the process with Penske.
