Worst experience ever. Horrible, incompetent, rude staff who damaged my Cartier watch while attempting to change the battery. They lost two or three of the screws to the watch case, attempted to cover it up, finally admitted they lost them, then probably stripped the watch case by putting random incorrect screws in the back, which fell out, leaving two holes in the back.
