Very rude owner, wasted his time enough to collect my cash, bad neighborhood w/ dope fiends running around, talked to another at hotel and they said they had almost exact experience. When i complained about the bugs in the room and wanted to switch into another he said he would charge me for both rooms. Worst place in hot springs period!
