bed bugs in room #222 spoke with management. they threatened too call the cops for some reason. I paid for five nights up front and stayed one night. very upsetting experience!
This place has the worst customer service. I was threatened by the graveyard hotel front desk service man for asking for clean towels for me and my guest. For two days. A few hours after my request at 1 am I get a loud knock as I am now sleeping. He, Tyrone, asked for my old towel. Which I gave him, and that’s when he threatened me with charges out of my cash deposit by taking pictures of some mascara that had transferred onto the towel after use, along with dirt from the floor on the floor mat towel. The staff was so amazing super friendly.. they went above and beyond ... offered us a dvd player and movies ... games to play... the pool was so fresh and clean the Jacuzzi was perfect . they brought us extra towels... the room beautiful and comfy .. so clean... we had a amazing lil getaway we definitely will be back....
