I love these apartments! The management is very friendly and professional. I am currently on deployment, but am going back to Kings Hill upon our return. This is home to me and cant wait to get back! The view is amazing and its a nice quiet community.
used to be a nice community, but now they rent to just about anybody. this place is perfect if you love to wake up to white trash parties in the middle of the night.
pretty good place i highly recommand it The Manager Is Very Reasonable and nice. the place is fantastic in the winter and colder than the rest of the city. the place very quite and i took my Medical board there and i passed,also my wife gave birth to my first baby there. i loved the place i had to move cause i changed my work to the eastside of the town and i was driving 80 miles/ day back and forth.
Good luck getting your deposit back from these greed-heads. They told me I would be getting it in 14 to 30 days. Well it has been 6 weeks and I am still waiting. I called and stopped by the office spoke with the manager who told me it wasnt their problem. She said it was the USPS. She offered to stop payment on the check sent for \$30, which would be deducted from the deposit. Sounds like a scam to me, since they rent to many military who go overseas - this would be one way of avoiding returning their deposits.
I agree with previous comment. Here I am sitting in my apartment and watching the rain leak through the roof and through the windows. I keep putting dishes for the leaks so that the carpet doesnt smell worse but no luck. I hate this place. And I hate the fact that I cannot break my contract, otherwise I would have left a long time ago. It seems pointless to complain to the complex apartment, since the manager doesnt get the problem solved. I have tried many times. This is the worse place in town. I have lived in the east and west side of El Paso now and lived in several apartments. WOW! Their management could care less about you. Only your money. I lived there for 2 years. I kept complaining of windows and roof leaking water, bugs everywhere (roaches and centipedes) but they only promised me they would fix problems and never did.
