If you need surgery. DO NOT GO HERE. The lack of care and intention this place practices is EGREGIOUS. I tore my acl and meniscus August 12th. The fact that they think it is okay for me to wait two months for a surgery when the average wait is 3-6 weeks...I CAN NOT. Every day, I risk further injury because I still have to go to work until I get the work done. I express this and there is NO urgency. Dr Jaspreet Sekhon is a gem as is his assistant whose name I do not know. The front desk staff are helpful and friendly. I don't know that all these negative reviews are talking about.
Probably the best foot doctors in Brooklyn, probably the worst possible receptionist in NYC history, nasty with attitudes- they challenge even the most calm and even keeled persons (beware) IMHO ; they should all retire or change their demeanor.
I could give 0 star if it was possible in this ortopedic medical center for front dest employes they all are very rude and angry .Even you are polite and calm ,they answer to your question with a high vose and they are swallow you with bad and unrespectfull eye contacts. I had wors experience with to of them today they don't know hot to communicate with patience. I watched while waiting time and saw how they are angry to each patients for no reason . However doctor Frank is very professional and smart.
I had an absolute awful experience with the front desk. I called because I needed an order form to be faxed to the hospital. This RUDE lady answered, beginning with a huge sigh after I explained the situation, and talked condescendingly, saying things like “Well you’re the one who called to ask and you don’t know what you’re asking for?” THAT’S WHY I’M CALLING. I’m calling for answers because instructions weren’t clear! If you hate your job so much, just quit. Don’t take your pathetic anger issues out on patients.
