😕 Was told my husband and I are over the income limit to qualify for a place here, yet no where on their site states anything about income limits! NOTHING!!! You'd think that would be posted to not waste ppl time😕! Looking at the current reviews it appears we dodged a bullet so to speak 😕. This place is by far the worst place I have lived in. They do not fix anything, the manager (Lacey) is very rude, the maintenance guy threatened my son who has mental health issues., I told them that my son has mental health issues and they called the police on us. They didn’t want to help us when I went down to see about talking to them about my rent. We moved down here from another state so I was still trying to get on my feet. They immediately evicted us and didn’t even give us any type of notice. They gave us maybe a 24 ... read more
