There are not enough stars to rate the living experience at King’s Gate Apts. I have lived here for10 years, and have absolutely no complaints. Repairs and maintenance are extremely quick. Management is unbelievably kind and efficient. I don’t know how they do it, but they know everybody’s name… That’s a big deal when there are 180 apartments in the complex. Maintenance entered my Mothers apartment without consent. Management tried to say protocol was followed to cover up the unlawful entry.Detectives advised to file a civil suit after viewing video footage. Corporate has yet to reach out to apologize, and side stepping accountability, by being evasive and not reprimanding their employee for his actions. This should have NEVER happened under any circumstances! Completely unacceptable,and quite disconcerting!!!!
Been here almost 2 yrs. now, a very friendly place to live
Very unfair on returning deposits. Even though apartment is left in ment condition they still refused to return deposit.
