Good for the price, not great if you want "college" atmosphere I lived at Lakeside North while an undergrad at the University of Maryland in College Park. The location is decent (there's a Giant and other stores close by), the rent prices are good for the area, apartment complex feels relatively safe, and the staff are friendly/helpful. okay this place is nce and good if you have a car. Especially for UM students, they have the shuttle stop pretty nearby. It is a good place and the rooms are really big. A 3 bed room apt can have 5 people more thancomfortably. And, this is the only apartment in the neighbour hood that has 2 bed and 2 bath (2 bath part is emphasized). rent is pretty cheap

good environment This apartment is very good place to live in. i like the locality, the reception and immediate attending to all the needs of the residents. they are real dedicative. lots of families live in this community as well which is added advantage for families. the playground for children is amazing and new.
You have a beautiful looking place but a horrible promotion of it. 1. The only picture on this site really compliments the apartment building. 2. The web sight really turns me off as a customer with its small hard to read font and it lack of crucial information such as cost of rent and down payment ect... I find them to be a dime a dozen of a company beacuse they fail to state otherwise in their site.

Why are they still standing I lived here for a year. I couldn't wait until my lease was up. They should be condemned. The floors sag, walls are apparently patched, and not even hidden well. We lived clean, did our dishes, and no food in the bedroom, but with dirty neighbors, they could spray all they want but it won't kill all those roaches. Way to many parties going on. Not a place you want to raise your children either.
Nice complex PMV is a nice complex. Don't let the outside appearance fool you. Though the exteriors of the buildings are a bit outdated (flat roofs, some of the patios need to be painted) the insides of the apartments are clean and spacious. The grounds are well kept and the pool area is nice. There are tennis and basketball courts as well, and daycare (for children 2+ years).
