Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Finding someone good to work with is half the battle.
Very convenient location. Rich helped me with a simple oil change at an odd hour, and is an all around great guy to work with. Highly recommended if you're in the Garden Grove/OC area.
I needed work on my bike and I didn't feel like traveling too far for minor work. I called Rich and he was very accommodating. I came over and he did what I wanted him to do and more. He gave my bike a general look over before it left his garage. Being a race instructor, he gave me some tips on how to take corners. Great guy!
