Lashawnda Garrett is a very rude property manager. She is refusing tenants help because she says she hates her pay rate, she disrespects tenant due to their needs. I am contacting Fox 6 News to see my recording I have of her behavior and to also inspect these mold infested apartments. They are also making the tenants clean the apartments that have been abandoned. She is also paying a tenant $60 to clean a roach infested apartment.
