After I took my car to them the tint on my car is messed up and the car has a scent that smells like dirt. I only recommend a vacuum at this place. Anthony is very unprofessional and lacks emotional intelligence. It’s very obvious that I complained about his company destroying my tint. Instead of trying to rectify the situation his excuse is he didn’t know and it was last summer. Just full of excuses. That doesn’t matter. Your employee messed up so take care of it. I would give zero stars if I could.
If I could give zero stars I would!! I am beyond astonished with the lack of professionalism. $175 for a full detail is a acceptable fee if the work was completed. My Ford flex was returned soaking wet when I say soaking wet I mean my leather seats when I sat on them to drive my pants were immediately wet and soaked as well not to mention the floors 🤦♀️. The dashboard had essesive amount of what smelled like baby oil and everything slippery to the point I had to wipe down the steering wheel to even drive off! Would i recom... read more
