Heart and Vascular Team is the best in Kentucky and probably the nation! The staff is top notch, and customer service is out of this world good!
I had to be in the hospital on my birthday, which is kind of depressing. When my lunch tray arrived there was a mini birthday cake complete with a candle and a card signed by employees in Food Service. This really was an unexpected surprise. It definitely lifted my spirits and brightened my day. Thank you so much for taking the time to make me feel special!
I have been trying for over two weeks to schedule an appointment to see a urologist after my doctor who works through KDMC referred me there due to an elevated number after a blood sample. I always get the answering machine after calling the department direct with a message saying she's busy and leave a name and number and brief message, which I always do, and ask them nicely to call back. We go above and beyond for our patients.
Was there Saturday night and received good care. I had a long wait but 2 ambulances came in. The nurses had great bedside manners and the Dr did a good job sewing me up.
Good place to work full of some really nice people that work there
Good thing im not realy having a heart attack. Come in with chest pains and still in waiting room been here 2 hours. Everyone that showed up after me are already in. Absolutely pitiful.
Best hospital around.
