Very polite compassionate rarely do you get that anymore!! & they called &! Told me my tests were there @ hospital come to find out they were @ advanced Imaging center so five stars to advanced Imaging I don't care for that hospital the way they did me also Rita burgess havd never gotten back with me so I'll never go back to that HOSPITAL!!!!!!!!!!!
Honestly, I wish there was a no star option. Kdmc has been going downhill for years, but this is the last straw. You put my family and friends in danger by employing people who spew hate and make it clear they will not treat everyone without bias. I have been to the emergency department and sat for hours, with sub-par care and left and went to St. Mary's and rushed to emergency surgery. I thought it was due to unqualified medical personnel, but now I have to wonder if it was just because of the way I look or who came with me... read more

I wish there was a negative stars!!! THEY SUCK AND HAVE THE RUDEST STAFF!!! My 16 month old grandbaby was sent there from his Dr. They didn't run any test he was running a fever, they gave him a suppository and he was sent home after his fever increased! The nurse was so mean and rude she was aggravated because he was crying. He as taken straight back to his Dr. Who called an ambulance sending him to OLBH, when he arrived at OLBH his fever was 104.5 he was admitted with many test run, it came back he had mycoplasma pneumonia... read more

This hospital hires homophobic people. As a nurse I bet he treats his patients differently all because of the sexuality they have. My other review got removed. So I can’t say too much. One of your employees was holding a sign that says that gays will burn in hell? I hope something is done by this.
KDMC refuses to protect their LGBTQA+ patients from nurses with a history of discrimination, who openly harasses and threatens LGBTQA+ people and their friends and family in the streets of Ashland. Instead, they're covering up for this bigot and deleting comments of the reports they're receiving with videos and pictures of his actions, and screenshots of threatening comments sent by the nurse. Do not risk it if you are in the LGBTQA+ community.
Recently, my grandmother became very ill and her passing was inevitable. The KDMC Staff of the ICU were absolutely amazing. They took skillful, kind, and empathetic care of my grandmother in her final hours. Also, they took care of my family during this difficult time by making sure we had everything we needed. The head nurse also made the arrangements with the funeral home for us during that difficult time. I can't thank the staff enough for being so kind during our loss.
