Worse billing department I've ever seen.
Pre scheduling for a test is virtually impossible......I have attempted to call pre registration number listed and receive a recording that stated all agents are currently busy, please hold and this continues to loop with no other response! Terrible system. I had one message from Kings Daughters to schedule a test for me, but whoever left the message talked so fast and slow that the message was impossible to comprehend!
I had a great first time visit at kings daughters . My went in with gall stones and came out with no gall bladder . My nurses were great . I enjoyed having each one of those I had taking care of me . If I could remember their names I'd surely thank them one by one and those also down in the surgery room . Shoot , even had jokes being told as I was being put under in pre op .

ER was great! Cardiologist said I'll have to be having an m.i. before he'll intervene. Bull crap! Over the past 10 years, I've had 8 m.i.'s, 30 stents, and a quadruple bypass. Are they trying to kill me? I'm trying to avoid a heart attack as it very well may be my last one! Dr. Epling, please help and stop sending me home when I no doubt have an 80% or better blockage going on!!!
