Wonderful workmanship, love my new floor. They took all the cracks, indentations, scratches and turned my wood floors into a solid blonde glass like finish. I hated the orange and dingy surface. I have the floor of my dreams which shouts coastal Wilmington!
Great staff and great job
King Tide removed my carpet and installed engineered hardwood flooring. They made the process very simple for my wife and I and we love the finished product. The new flooring completely transformed our room. We will definitely be using King Tide in the future for all our flooring needs.
We reached out to King Tide Flooring, visited their showroom, and scheduled an appointment for someone to come to our home and provide a flooring estimate. After the floor estimate, we never heard another word from them. No phone call, no email, no follow-up—nothing. If the project was too small or they were too busy to take on new work, that would have been completely understandable.
