Very disappointed. Scratches going against the grain are very visible, and in the stain under the poly. Stain was applied unevenly, meaning light spots are visible in many places. Only 2 coats were applied. Lots of trash in the finish. No prep work was done, I had to remove any molding or other things that needed to be moved. Finally, they left a big mess.
