I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE RECOMMEND ANYONE TO LIVE HERE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT NOTHING BUT MONEY. MY THINGS WERE STOLED MAINTENANCE! I WAS COMPLAINING AND THEY TERMINATED MY LEASE BECAUSE OF ROACHES MOLD NOT FIXING THINGS ECT THIS COMPLEX NEEDS ZERO ZERO STARS. DONT WANT TO GIVE ME MY DEPOSIT BACK AFTER FIXING AND CLEANING THE APT . THEY TOLD ME I HAD TO MOVE OUT FEB 28TH I ACTUALLY MOVED OUT JANUARY END ! BAD COMPANY I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND MOVE TO JACKSONVILLE AR ITS BETTER. IM IN A HOME NOW !!

Roaches....eww. maintenance is slow. No one ever answers the phone in the office. No one contacts you back it literally takes weeks even months for them to contact you. You have to text a number that they never respond to until weeks and months later. Mold. Management sucks. Pluming sucks. I would not recommend. Unless you are in desperate need of a place to stay Someone should call the corporate I've been trying to find corporate phone number for the longest for accelerated property Management they are a horrible company to... read more

They need to get code enforcement out here , compressors from the 1970,fences dry rotted about to fall down,the people been here for years,they don't give a dam,about they just concerned about getting new people in, i been complaining about this unit for years,they keep trying to patch it up and it still doesn't work, this is said,all they do is lie
