I've lived in many apartments here in Richmond since graduating from VCU. This has got to be one of the worst apartments I've ever lived in, not mention most expensive. I chose to live here because I wanted a town house that rid me of hearing upstairs neighbors. Boy was I wrong, how is it possible to have a 1 br townhouse but still have to hear your next-door neighbors above you because they have a 2 br townhouse that extends over your kitchen and living room.
