If your looking to sell your boat in this marina, good luck. I tried to buy a carver mariner in the summer of 2018 that was for sale in this marina and the broker never even submitted my offer to the owner. The offer was for full asking price and I never got a response from the sellers broker. After numerous attempts to call the guy, I decided to go elsewhere. Great marina and facilities
It’s awesome
Impressed! I was visiting my parents from Chicago and they are new to this marina and Minnesota! The marina is secure (gated) with ample and convenient parking. The bath house was very clean with all the necessary amenities. Everyone I encountered was friendly over my two day stay. The docks are well maintained, lighted, and have electric. Can't wait to come back soon! Hopefully for a legendary F-Dock Party!
