My experience with choosing and eventually purchasing a Rausch Coleman home has been great! From several houses being shown by Charity, which was so professional and kind. Brian, the builder was absolutely amazing! He was sincere with so much laughter. . .just really kind, good to do business with. He explain everything, very detailed about the house. . .appliances gargage, home thermostat and so much more. Brian was absolutely great!!!! Oh and don't forget the ugly blue appliances....ha ha ha
