Shop keep my car but could not give a reason why the cruise was not working Paid $125 but no diagnostic was done . Shop will not give u your vehicle to check if work was done unless u pay After payment and I discovered diagnostic was not done the shop refused to give me my money back . This store is terribly run. Plan to spend an hour there and then prepare to be lied too. The Att store is much more professional and that's who I went with for phone service.

I give this verizon store NO stars cause I had to drive 12 miles to the store cause no one there would anwser the PHONE right now I'm so pissed off at verizon cause they can't even anwser the phone and it's a local number and they could not anwser my Q. Russellville verizon gets a big fat 0
I actually have had pretty good service at this location. Yes sometimes the wait is long but most times people do not come into the store with generally simple issues, so it takes time to get them fixed. Also they take the time to completely get you taken care of they don't just fluff you off.
I have been a customer with Verizon for over 5 years. This week Simon provided me with excellent service at this store which I truly appreciated. His professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of the situation quickly exceeded my expectations. He was courteous, patient, and willing to accommodate above and beyond what I would come to expect. Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended. When the next iPhone 7 comes out you can be sure that I will continue to do business with Simon.
